When I was young Niels was the one everyone was looking up to. He was the one to beat in Europe for a decade.You could clearly see that people were afraid playing him because he was dominating the game in such a manner.He also showed what u can achieve with dedication, practice and discipline.To this day I believe Niels is one of the only real Athletes we have in pool. His preparation for matches is unmatched. I wouldn’t be surprised if he sticks on the tour for another 10 years and winning many more tournaments.

Niels and I played on many different stages worldwide and also partnered up many times in the Mosconi Cup for team Europe. One thing is for sure: he is a very tough nut to crack and never gives up, no matter what the score is. Just this fact alone shows, how mentally strong he is. Growing up, out of all the Europeans there was only one player who I have always quietly admired for his meticulous almost robotic but smooth intellect and grit around the table. That player is Niels Feijen and even though I was more of a natural player and money player, anytime I was in the same venue with Niels, I’d do whatever I could to retain some of that straight edge energy that he bleeds. The intimidation and mental intensity “The Terminator” carries with him around the table are unmatched and this is what separates the men from the boys in the world of champions.

In his practice, and his lifestyle, but especially diligent in finding the answers to the challenges he faced to become the best. In our time together we tried to solve the big mysteries of the mental side of our sport. We found a lot of answers and even after our cooperation, he has never stopped to pursue finding solutions to improve. This makes him one of the best informed players in the world and when Niels decides to put that info for all to learn… it’s time to listen!

Niels is for sure the most professional athlete we have in our sport and I always looked up to him.

I recommend this course 100%.  Niels has been and is my favorite player for his mental strength and his ability to recover in difficult moments. Nowadays, the mental part is everything in this game... and even more so at a professional level. I took the course a few years ago, and I think it was a turning point in my career...I think it would be mandatory to take this course if you want to improve in this area.
